LumiFoam ("we," "our," "us") is committed to providing reliable and timely shipping services within Australia. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase to avoid delivery issues. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by customers.
We currently do not ship internationally.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received. During high-demand periods or sales events, processing times may be extended.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the courier's website. If you experience issues with tracking, please contact us at [Your Contact Email].
5. Delivery Issues & Non-Delivery Claims
If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please follow these steps before contacting us:
- Check with household members or neighbors who may have accepted the package.
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- Wait 24 hours, as some couriers mark deliveries as completed slightly before they arrive.
If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 10 days of the marked delivery date, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages if tracking shows "delivered."
6. Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses
If you enter an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will update the address. If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot change the address, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for resending the package.
7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or uncollected parcels, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package. If you prefer a refund, we will issue one excluding the original shipping cost.
8. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we process it quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot make changes or cancel it.
9. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control, including:

LumiFoam is not liable for delays caused by these circumstances.
